Il prezzo è di 350€ mensili utenze gas, luce e internet (wireless) di circa 25€ mensili.
(Le spese di riscaldamento, acqua , portineria e condominiali sono comprese).

Rent for short period a double room for woman in sharing with an italian student girl. The room is spacious, illuminated and fully furnished. It comes with internet ( wireless connection). The house is furnished and equipped with everything necessary (desk, closet, nightstand, bookcase, bed sheets, blankets .....). The house is situated in Via Valsugana 8, 5 min from the metro Piazzale LODI (MM3 yellow line) and the busses (90-91), and it’s just a 15 min walk to BOCCONI/ IED, The zone is very connected also to the other university:  IULM, UNIVERSITÀ STATALE and POLITECNICO .
The price of the rent is 350.00€ monthly (per person) the costs of gas, electricity and internet of 
approximately 25euros per month.
(The costs for heating, water and others costs of building are included).
